Looking for the perfect place to host you next event? Let The Farmhouse serve up our famous Southern hospitality and cuisine in our private banquet room. This intimate space is ideal for rehearsal dinners, small corporate functions, special family occasions, holiday parties and much, much more. We've even hosted several weddings in our banquet room!! We can seat a minimum of 20 people and accomodate up to 100 people seated comfortably for dinner. We can seat up to 150 people for theatre, concerts, weddings and lecture style events. Whether you choose one of our famous Southern Buffets, a custom plated dinner, or a reception with Hor D'oeuvres, we'll help you create the perfect menu for your guests. So come experience our famous Southern cuisine on the Historic Town Square in Centerville, Tennessee, and let our professional staff show your guests the true meaning of Southern Hospitality. Below is our pricing for services in our banquet room. We confirm our facility up to twelve months in advance. Room Rental $ 12.00 per hour ~ Sunday through Friday $ 25.00 per hour ~ Friday Evening, All Day Saturday $ 250.00 Weddings ~ All Day
Reservation Requirements ~ All rental fees due at time of booking. Reservation will not be confirmed until rental fee is paid in full. ~ Farmhouse Cellar Contract must be completed and signed before booking will be confirmed. ~ Rental Fee Includes: Use of Farmhouse Cellar for date and time specified, tables & chairs. ~ Rental Fee Does Not Include: Food and Beverage - Please contact Catering Staff to book your food needs. ~ In accordance with our liability insurance policy ~ NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED!! ~ Alchohol - We can not sell alcoholic beverages; however, guests are allowed to provide that service if they wish. There are certain requirements and guidelines; please call the shoppe for more info.
Cancellation Policy ~ No refund will be made to event cancellations within 14 days of event date. ~ One half of booking fee will be refunded if cancellation is 15 -30 days prior to event date. ~ Full refund of booking fee if cancellation is more that 30 days prior to event date. Important Note Above rental prices are for The Farmhouse Cellar ONLY !!! There is NO rental fee for groups using the main upstairs dining room when it is not open to the public for dining.We can accomodate up to 90 comfortably for dinner in this area.
